一、麻疹食复归某,男,1岁半,1983年6月16日就诊。出麻疹3天,疹已出齐,热退身凉,神清思食。家长高兴,给小儿进食两块蛋糕,于中午高烧又起,下午热势更盛(40.5℃),频咳,呼吸急促而米诊治。诊见:精神萎靡,烦燥不安,鼻煽,口周紫绀。皮疹已见消退,留紫暗疹痕。咽充血,扁桃体Ⅱ°肿大,心率160次,两肺可闻湿性罗音,舌红,苔黄厚,脉数。诊断为麻疹食复,证属肺闭痰壅。治
