为了分析CT扫描参数与橄榄-脑桥-小脑萎缩(OPCA)的关系,对56例患者及30例正常对照的CT表现进行了定量研究,重点测量了脑桥前池宽度、第四脑室宽度比值、脑桥小脑角池宽度、脑桥体部横径比值、侧脑室前角宽度比值、侧脑室体部宽度比值,计算了小脑和(或)蚓部萎缩、大脑皮层萎缩及枕大地等的出现率。结果显示:56例中,仅3例CT显示正常,余53例的脑桥前池宽度、第四脑室宽度比值及脑桥小脑角池宽度均明显大于对照组,而脑桥体部宽度比值明显小于对照组。因此,OPCA更符合弥漫性脑萎缩。
To analyze the relationship between CT scan parameters and olive-pontine-cerebellar atrophy (OPCA), the CT findings of 56 patients and 30 normal controls were studied quantitatively. The width of the anterior patella, the ratio of the fourth ventricle, Cerebellar angle pool width, pontine size ratio, ratio of anterior lateral width of lateral ventricle and ratio of lateral ventricle body width were used to calculate the incidence of cerebellar and / or vermis atrophy, cortical atrophy and occipital lobe. The results showed that CT was normal in only 3 of the 56 cases. The width of the anterior pontine pool, the width of the fourth ventricle and the width of the cerebellopontine angle pool in the remaining 53 cases were significantly larger than those in the control group, while the width ratio of the pontine was significantly smaller than that in the control group . Therefore, OPCA is more consistent with diffuse brain atrophy.
