一,问题的提出要估算气动系统的总体特性,必须提供各种气动元件的特性参数,其中包括各类气管道的特性参数。如图1所示系统中,当控制阀通电时,压缩空气通过连接气管道迅速向气缸充气,活塞迅速提升。活塞的提升速度除与气缸、控制阀、管接头等元件特性有关外,还与连接管的通径和长度有关。因此,必须计及连接管对充气特性的影响。
I. PROBLEM PROBLEMS To estimate the overall characteristics of a pneumatic system, it is necessary to provide the characteristic parameters of various pneumatic components, including the characteristic parameters of various types of gas pipelines.
