火炮驻退机状态评估中的特征提取方法

人工后坐条件下各检测参数受驻退机技术状态变化影响较小,为准确评估火炮驻退机的技术状态,需要从检测参数中提取科学有效的指标特征。利用人工后坐在线检测设备中推炮速度可调和高分辨率数据采集卡的优势,将对驻退机磨损比较敏感的液压阻力参数从可测的后坐阻力中分离,基于模板匹配的思路建立了液压阻力模板曲线。对不同技术状态驻退机的液压阻力曲线与模板曲线进行了相关性分析,并对驻退机磨损特征参数进行了有效提取。其结果作为驻退机模式识别中的评估指标,可使驻退机技术状态评估更加精确。 Under the condition of artificial recoil, the testing parameters are less affected by the technical conditions of the STS. Based on the idea of ​​template matching, hydraulic pressure Resistance template curve. The correlation analysis between the hydraulic resistance curve and the template curve of the recoil machines in different technical conditions was carried out, and the characteristic parameters of the abatement machine wear were effectively extracted. The result is used as an evaluation index in the retiring machine pattern recognition, which can make the technical condition assessment of the retiring machine more accurate.
