药物组成熟地黄200g,菟丝子100g,牛膝75g,龟板胶100g,鹿角胶100g,山茱萸100g,山药100g,枸杞子100g。功能主治滋阴补肾。用于真阴不足,腰酸膝软,盗汗遗精,头晕耳鸣,神疲口燥。用法用量每10粒重1g。口服。9g/次,2次/日。临床应用头晕耳鸣证属肝肾阴亏,精血不足,脑髓不充。症见头脑空晕,目暗耳鸣,视物昏花,形体消瘦,腰腿酸软,舌红少苔,脉细数者。腰痛证属肾亏骨弱。症见腰背无力,绵绵作痛,以酸软为主,或伴头晕耳鸣,口燥咽干,盗汗遗精,足跟痛,舌红少苔,脉细数者。
