经济合同是企业联系外部各方的重要纽带。因此,加强经济合同管理,提高管理水平具有重要的意义。根据我厂几年来开展经济合同管理,参加“重守”活动的实践,我认为搞好经济合同管理应从以下几方面着手。一、熟悉经济法规,增强法制意识、提高依法办事的自觉性。加强社会主义法制教育是保护企业的有效手段。要让企业的决策人员学习并熟知法规,增强法制意识,对《经济合同法》的宣传不能只局限于有关业务人员,而要扩大到全厂。我们结合有关实务自行编写了教材,在厂内举办的各种业务培训班上进
Economic contract is an important link between enterprises and external parties. Therefore, to strengthen economic contract management and improve management level is of great significance. According to our factory in the past few years to carry out the management of economic contracts, to participate in “abide by” practice, I think the management of economic contracts should proceed from the following aspects.
