发动机与液力变矩器的合理匹配是工程机械液力机械传动系统设计的关键技术之一,传统设计方法存在工作量大、效率低、数据管理困难等弊端。针对上述问题开发了工程机械发动机与液力变矩器匹配软件,介绍了该软件的基本设计和开发方法,并提供了软件的使用实例。通过在Visual Studio.NET环境下应用C#语言工具编写软件用户界面,在MATLAB环境中编写匹配计算模型,并利用MATLAB的Builder for.NET模块将MATLAB模型编译为C#可调用的动态链接库,实现C#与MATLAB混编;同时,软件后台链接数据库管理工具SQL Server,用于管理匹配计算数据。
Reasonable matching between engine and hydraulic torque converter is one of the key technologies in the design of hydrodynamic mechanical transmission system of construction machinery. The traditional design methods have the disadvantages of heavy workload, low efficiency and difficult data management. In order to solve the above problems, this paper develops the matching software of engine and torque converter of construction machinery, introduces the basic design and development method of the software, and provides examples of using the software. Through writing the software user interface in Visual Studio.NET environment using C # language tool, writing matching calculation model in MATLAB environment, and using MATLAB Builder for.NET module to compile MATLAB model into C # callable dynamic link library, realizing C # And MATLAB mixed; the same time, the software back-link database management tools SQL Server, used to manage the matching calculated data.
