在起初落实退耕还林任务时,我曾陪同时任张掖市林业局副局长的刘建勋同志到下西山村落实任务。在该村小学教室里,坐满了全村的老老少少,为“退”与“不退”的问题吵得不可开交。如今,退耕还林后,下西山村群众思想稳定,他们对通过退耕还林,依靠林果业、草畜产业的发展发家致富充满了信心,退耕还林效益明显。
When initially implementing the task of returning land for farming to forestry, Comrade Liu Jianxun, who was the deputy director of the Bureau of Forestry of Zhangye City while I was accompanying, came to the village of Xishan to fulfill his task. In the village primary school classrooms, full of all the village’s young and old, as “retreat ” and “no refunds ” quarrel. Now, after the project of returning farmland to forestry, the masses in Xiaxishan Village have a stable mindset. They are full of confidence in rejuvenating farmland and relying on forestry and fruit industry and developing livestock and poultry industries.
