前言连续铸钢具有很多优点,它可以省去模铸和初轧,节约钢水,并可使生产走向连续化、自动化。但是由于连铸的板坯厚度有限,规格一般难变,为了在保证钢板性能的前提下,适应生产多规格和厚规格钢板的需要,改变国内最小压缩比一般要求在10~12才能保证钢板性能的现状,必须开展对连铸坯的压缩比试验研究工作。现将近年来在钢铁研究院进行的实验室实验和进而在上钢一厂轧板车间进行的半工业性试验的结果,归纳如下:
