目的探讨多种实验室检测指标对诊断手足口病的意义。方法对625例确诊的手足口病患儿血液标本进行实验室数据的回顾性分析,观察结果。结果 210例手足口病患儿进行谷丙转氨酶(ALT)检测,结果显示22例升高,升高比例10.5%;121例进行谷草转氨酶(AST)检测,19例升高,升高比例15.7%;134例进行葡萄糖(GLU)检测,35例升高,升高比例26.1%;151例进行C反应蛋白(CRP)检测,58例升高,升高比例38.4%。197例进行白细胞(WBC)计数检测的患儿中80例升高,升高比例40.6%;197例单核细胞百分比(MO%)检测患儿中107例升高,升高比例54.3%;197例淋巴细胞百分比(LY%)检测中102例患儿以降低为主,比例为51.8%;197例中性粒细胞百分比(NU%)检测中38例开高,比例为19.3%。277例患儿进行免疫指标肠道病毒71型免疫球蛋白M(EV71-Ig M)抗体检测,40例为阳性,阳性率为14.4%;127例进行呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)检测,10例阳性,阳性率为7.9%。结论多个实验室指标联合检测对于提高手足口病诊断符合率有重要的提示作用。
Objective To explore the significance of multiple laboratory tests in the diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of laboratory data of blood samples from 625 children with hand-foot-mouth disease was made and the results were observed. Results A total of 210 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were detected by alanine aminotransferase (ALT) test. The results showed that 22 cases were elevated and the proportion increased by 10.5%. 121 cases were tested with aspartate aminotransferase (AST), 19 cases were elevated and 15.7% ; 134 cases of glucose (GLU) test, 35 cases increased, an increase of 26.1%; 151 cases of C-reactive protein (CRP) test, 58 cases increased, an increase of 38.4%. Among the 197 children with WBC count, 80 cases were increased and increased 40.6%; 107 cases were detected in 197 cases with monocyte percentage (MO%), the rate of increase was 54.3%; 197 Of the 102 patients with LY%, the reduction was predominant, with a proportion of 51.8%. Of the 197 patients with NU%, 38 were open and the ratio was 19.3%. A total of 277 children were tested for the immunological indicators of enterovirus 71 immunoglobulin M (EV71-Ig M) antibody, 40 cases were positive, the positive rate was 14.4%; 127 cases of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) detection, 10 cases Positive, the positive rate was 7.9%. Conclusion The combination of multiple laboratory tests has important implications for improving the diagnostic accuracy of HFMD.
