1993年2月6日查房纪要——住院医生请实习医生报告病历。实习医生患者,女,29岁,工人。因头晕、四肢酸痛4个月入院,同时第四次中期妊娠保胎无效并排出死胎,发现巩膜黄染,茶色尿,四肢有出血点。患者婚后曾人流1次,第二、三胎足月妊娠均分娩为死胎,近3年来四肢关节酸痛,尤以双膝和双肘关节为剧,且有脱发,但无颜面红斑,月经量较多,常牙龈出血,下肢有紫癜。入院查体:体温
