研究了稳定膦叶立德，乙氧基羰基甲叉三本基膦烷Ｐｈ３Ｐ＝ＣＨＣＯ２ＣＨ２ＣＨ３与对氯苯甲醛在ＤＭＦ和９０％甲醇中的Ｗｉｔｔｉｇ反应，探讨了阴、阳离子对该条件下Ｗｉｔｔｉｇ反应立体化学的影响，结果表明离子效应与反应所用的溶剂以及离子本身的性质有关，并提出了反应可能的机理．
The Wittig reaction of phosphinothricin, ethoxycarbonylmethylidenephosphinopropane Ph3P = CHCO2CH2CH3 with p-chlorobenzaldehyde in DMF and 90% methanol was studied. The effects of anion and cation on the stereochemistry of Wittig reaction The results show that the ionic effect is related to the solvent used in the reaction and the nature of the ions themselves, and the possible mechanism of the reaction is proposed.
