11月13日下午,中水珠江设计公司党委在1612会议室举行了以“深入学习十八届五中全会精神,认真编好公司‘三五’规划”为主题的扩大学习会议。会议由公司党委负责人、总经理凌耀忠主持。公司党委成员、各部门负责人、各支部书记共40余人参加了研讨会。会议组织学习了十八届五中全会精神和“十三五”规划建议,详细了解我国经济社会“十三五”时期发展的指导思想、总体思路、目标任务和重大举措,特别是“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展
