[目的]建立一种20%氟磺胺草醚·精喹禾灵可分散油悬浮剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法和反相色谱柱,以乙腈和水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,以236 nm为检测波长,对试样中氟磺胺草醚和精喹禾灵进行液相色谱分离测定,并以正己烷和乙醇为流动相,使用手性柱分离精喹禾灵高效体和低效体。[结果]氟磺胺草醚和精喹禾灵的线性相关系数均为0.999 9,标准偏差分别为0.022、0.01,变异系数分别为0.001%、0.001%;平均回收率分别为99.40%、99.30%。[结论]该方法具有简便、快速、分离效果好,线性关系良好、精密度和准确度高的特点。
[Objective] To establish a method for the quantitative analysis of 20% fomesafen and quizalofop-butyl dispersible oil suspensions. [Method] HPLC and reversed-phase column were used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (volume ratio is 80:20) and the detection wavelength was 236 nm. The fomesafen and quizalofop- Liquid chromatography separation and determination, and n-hexane and ethanol as mobile phase, the use of chiral separation of quizalofop-p-ethyl efficient body and the body. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients of fomesafen and quizalofop-p-ethyl were both 0.999 9, the standard deviations were 0.022 and 0.01 respectively, and the coefficients of variation were 0.001% and 0.001% respectively. The average recoveries were 99.40% and 99.30% respectively. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, good separation effect, good linearity, high precision and accuracy.
