本文总结55例Ⅳ期非何杰金型淋巴瘤(NHL),着重分析与预后有关的因素。有骨髓累犯者的中位生存期(4个月)比无骨髓累犯者(13个月)显著缩短。50例坚持住院治疗者中位生存期(14个月),比未接受治疗者(2个月)显著延长。预后方面发现B细胞型比T细胞型好,裂细胞型比无裂细胞型好。我们认为对Ⅳ期NHL患者不仅应进行积极的首次治疗,使之能达到完全缓解,还应坚持维持治疗,以期取得较满意的远期效果。
This article summarizes 55 cases of stage Ⅳ non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), focusing on analysis of prognostic factors. Median survival in patients with bone marrow involvement (4 months) was significantly shorter than those without bone marrow involvement (13 months). The median survival of 50 patients who insisted on hospitalization (14 months) was significantly longer than that of those who did not receive treatment (2 months). Prognosis found that B cell type is better than T cell type, cleaved cell type is better than non-cell type. We believe that patients with stage IV NHL should not only be the first active treatment, so that it can achieve complete remission, but also should maintain the treatment, in order to obtain more satisfactory long-term results.
