目的:观察温肾消癥汤联合米非司酮综合治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及评估其安全性。方法:将60例肾虚血瘀型的子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为治疗组30例(采用温肾消癥汤联合米非司酮综合治疗)和对照组30例(单纯口服米非司酮片)。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效及理化指标变化情况。结果:温肾消癥汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症,与对照组相比,其临床疗效有明显统计学差异。结论:温肾消癥汤联合米非司酮综合治疗肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症,可有效改善临床症状、局部体征,降低CA125水平,缩小盆腔包块,且无明显毒副反应,是安全有效的治疗EMT的药物。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Xiaozheng Decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and to evaluate its safety. Methods: 60 cases of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of endometriosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases (combined with Wenshen Xiaozheng Decoction combined with mifepristone) and control group 30 cases (simple oral Mifei Secretary ketone tablets). The clinical curative effect and changes of physical and chemical indexes before and after treatment were observed. Results: Wenshenxiaozheng combined with mifepristone treatment of endometriosis, compared with the control group, the clinical significant difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Wenshenxiaozheng combined with mifepristone treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of endometriosis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and local signs, reduce the level of CA125, reduce pelvic mass, and no significant side effects, It is safe and effective to treat EMT.
