随着技术的进步和人们对房屋质量要求的提高，现阶段建筑的智能化发展有了显著的进步。从概念理解来看，房屋建筑的智能化主要指的是利用一些技术以及特殊结构实现的房屋功能的多样化和控制调节的自动化。就目前的建筑智能化来看，利用的主要技术是电气技术。为了对智能化建筑有更加全面的了解，也为了在未来的智能化建筑发展中充分的应用电气技术，本文就电气技术在智能化建筑当中的作用进行系统的分析，旨在为电气技术的应用拓展提供参考基础。
