目的探讨患者阴道壁粘膜组织中基质金属蛋白酶-1(matrix metalloproteinase-1,MMP-1)及组织金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(tissues inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1,)在盆腔器官脱垂患者(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)中的表达及意义,分析其与POP发生的关系。方法随机选取2011年1—12月住院手术治疗的POP患者25例作为POP组,选择同期非POP病变,其他经阴手术患者30例作为对照组。结果 MMP-1在阴道壁粘膜组织中的表达:POP组平均灰度值96.17,对照组平均灰度值85.65,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TIMP-1在阴道壁组织中的表达:POP组平均灰度值87.17,对照组平均灰度值97.18,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 POP患者盆底支持结构的退行性改变与阴道壁粘膜组织中的胶原代谢活跃有关,联合检测MMP-1及TIMP-1对POP的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) in the vaginal mucosa of patients with pelvic organ prolapse , POP) expression and its significance, analysis of its relationship with the occurrence of POP. Methods Twenty-five POP patients hospitalized for surgery from January to December in 2011 were randomly selected as the POP group. Non-POP lesions were selected in the same period, and 30 other patients undergoing perineurial surgery were selected as the control group. Results The expression of MMP-1 in the vaginal wall mucosa was 96.17 in the POP group and 85.65 in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The expression of TIMP-1 in vaginal wall tissue: The average gray value of POP group was 87.17, the average gray value of control group was 97.18, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The degenerative changes of pelvic floor support structure in POP patients are related to the active metabolism of collagen in mucosa of vaginal wall. The combined detection of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 has important clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of POP.
