应用高效液相色谱法测定、研究了山楂种子各部位中GA3、IAA、ABA含量在不同采收期、室温干藏和层积过程中的变化。结果表明,提早于8月25日采收的种子IAA高于、ABA低于9月10日采收的种子。变温层积过程中,前期GA3、IAA含量均呈上升趋势,3~4个月后有所下降,到154d左右时,均以8月25日采收种子较9月25日采收种子含量高,ABA含量总的趋势是层积前期上升,后期有所下降,比较种子萌发情况,可以认为GA3、IAA对打破休眠、促进萌发有一定作用,而ABA则是抑制萌发的重要因素。
The contents of GA3, IAA and ABA in various parts of hawthorn seed were studied by HPLC. The changes of ABA content in different harvesting periods, storage at room temperature and stratification were studied. The results showed that IAA of the seeds harvested earlier than August 25 was higher than that of the seeds harvested ABA lower than September 10. In the process of temperature-changing stratification, the contents of GA3 and IAA in the early stage all showed an upward trend, which decreased after 3-4 months. When the temperature was around 154 days, the seeds harvested on August 25 were higher than the seeds collected on September 25 The general trend of ABA content was that the stratification increased at the early stage and decreased at the late stage. Compared with the seed germination, GA3 and IAA could break dormancy and promote germination, while ABA was an important factor to inhibit germination.
