前一阶段,化学危险物品在日常运输过程中暴露出不少问题,各种违章现象和事故时有发生,给国家财产和人民生命安全带来了危害。对此,国务院、公安部以及上海市委、市政府的领导都十分关心,先后对化学危险物品公路运输管理问题作了重要指示。为了认真贯彻各级领导的指示精神,3月上旬消防局在开展化学危险物品专业运输单位专项检查和整顿活动的基础上,于4月26日至5月12日会同市陆上运输管理处联合组织了化学危险物品公路运输安全检查。共检查化学危险品车辆700余辆,其中违章的达183辆,占被查车辆的26％;消防监督人员当场对136辆车辆的违章情况进行了处罚,对47辆严重违章的车
