“七五”期间,黑色冶金矿山推行以吨矿工资含量包干为主的多种形式的承包经营责任制,有力地促进了矿山技术进步和管理水平提高,调动了广大职工挖潜增产的积极性。不少矿山尝到了承包的甜头,根据我国国民经济和社会发展十年规比以及“八五”计划纲要中关于“‘八五’期间继续实行并完善现行的承包制”的精神,今年冶金矿山企业正在进行新一轮承包。
During the “Seventh Five-Year” period, the black metallurgical mines implemented various forms of contracting management responsibility system that mainly consisted of tonnage of wages and salaries, which effectively promoted the technological progress and management level of the mines and aroused the enthusiasm of the vast numbers of workers to tap the potential and increase production. Many mines have tasted the sweetness of contracting. According to the ten-year plan of China’s national economic and social development and the outline of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” in the spirit of “implementing and perfecting the current contract system during the Eighth Five-Year Plan”, this year’s metallurgical mine Enterprises are carrying out a new round of contracting.
