通过球孢白僵菌孢子悬浊液感染幼虫的方法检测球孢白僵菌Bb06菌株对玉米螟的毒力和防治效果,旨在探讨玉米螟无公害的防治方法。室内浓度为109、1010、1011cfu/L的孢子悬浮液感染玉米螟幼虫,死亡率分别为59.8%、78.2%、92.0%,LT50值分别为8.1、5.9、4.9d,处理后10d的LC50值为8.1×108cfu/L。在田间,浓度为1011cfu/L的悬浮液喷药后10、60d的防效分别为57.7%和73.6%,蛀孔减退率达77.7%。结果表明该菌株对玉米螟具有较强的致病性,可使玉米的产量和质量大幅度提高。
To test the toxicity and control effect of Beauveria bassiana Bb06 to Ostrinia furnacalis by means of infecting the larvae with the Beauveria bassiana spore suspension, and to explore the pollution-free control method of the Ostrinia furnacalis. Inoculation of 109,1010,1011cfu / L spore suspension with the indoor concentrations of 59.8%, 78.2% and 92.0%, respectively, the LT50 values were 8.1, 5.9 and 4.9 days, respectively. The LC50 values at 10 days after treatment were 8.1 × 108 cfu / L. In the field, the control efficacy at 10 and 60 days after sprayed at a concentration of 1011 cfu / L was 57.7% and 73.6%, respectively, and the reduction rate of bore hole was 77.7%. The results showed that the strain of corn borer has a strong pathogenicity, corn yield and quality can be greatly improved.
