党内民主是党的生命,是党的活力源泉。党章是党的根本大法,党内民主建设必须根据党章的规定来进行,不能脱离党章。历次党章中有关党内民主内容的修改,都对党内民主建设产生了巨大影响,反映了党内民主建设的历程。
Inner-Party democracy is the life of the party and the source of the party’s vitality. Party constitution is the fundamental law of the party. Democrative construction within the party must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the party constitution and can not be divorced from the party constitution. All previous amendments to the contents of party democracy in the party constitution have had a tremendous impact on the building of inner-party democracy and have reflected the course of inner-party democracy building.
