建立了食品模拟物中8种有机锡稳定剂的气相色谱-质谱测定方法。食品模拟物用四乙基硼化钠在室温振摇衍生化,正己烷萃取乙基化的有机锡,萃取液用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定。方法的检测限在0.01~0.05mg/L之间,线性范围在0.2~5.0mg/L之间,相关系数R2在0.9945~0.9998之间。在三种食品模拟物中的加标回收率在74.7%~116%之间,相对标准偏差在0.6%~15.4%之间。运用该方法检测了11份塑料食品容器的有机锡特定迁移量,未检测到该8种有机锡稳定剂。
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of eight organotin stabilizers in food simulants was established. Food simulants were derivatized with sodium tetraethylborate by shaking at room temperature, and ethylated organotin was extracted with n-hexane. The extracts were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The detection limit of the method is between 0.01 ~ 0.05mg / L, the linear range is between 0.2 ~ 5.0mg / L and the correlation coefficient R2 is between 0.9945 ~ 0.9998. The spiked recoveries in three food simulants ranged from 74.7% to 116% with relative standard deviations between 0.6% and 15.4%. This method was used to detect the specific migration of organotin in 11 plastic food containers. The 8 organotin stabilizers were not detected.
