目的:探讨用解脲支原体( U U)人工感染精子后,精子的形态学改变。 方法:运用电镜和相差显微镜观察 U U 人工感染正常精子和未感染精子24 h 后的形态学改变。 结果: U U 感染24 h 后,部分精子头部有较多的 U U吸附,在 U U 吸附部位精子膜出现破损;同时,畸形精子明显增加,主要为头尾折角、卷尾及精子凝集。 结论: U U感染对精子形态学的影响是造成男性不育的重要因素之一。
Objective: To investigate the morphological changes of sperm after artificial infection of spermatozoa with Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU). Methods: The morphological changes of UU artificially infected sperm and uninfected sperm were observed by electron microscope and phase contrast microscope. Results: After U U infection for 24 h, some U U adsorbed on the head of spermatozoa and damaged the sperm membrane on the U U adsorption site. At the same time, the abnormal spermatozoa increased significantly, mainly tail-tails, tail and sperm agglutination. Conclusion: The influence of U U infection on sperm morphology is one of the important factors of male infertility.
