目的目的探讨健康教育对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)认知水平及自我管理行为的影响。方法采用自行设计的糖尿病相关知识调查表,对82例GDM患者实施有针对性的个体化健康教育,评估教育前、后GDM患者对疾病的认知及自我管理行为的情况,进行各阶段效果分析。结果进行个体化健康教育后,GDM患者对糖尿病相关知识的掌握及自我管理行为能力显著提高(P<0.05)。结论开展GDM患者的个体化健康教育,有助于提高其知识水平和自控能力,从而有效的控制血糖水平,保障母婴健康。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education on cognitive level and self-management behavior of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods A self-designed diabetes-related knowledge questionnaire was used to conduct targeted individualized health education in 82 patients with GDM, to assess the cognitive and self-managing behavior of GDM patients before and after education, and to analyze the effect of each stage . Results Individualized health education, GDM patients with diabetes-related knowledge and ability to self-management behavior significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion To carry out individualized health education for GDM patients helps to improve their knowledge level and self-control ability so as to effectively control blood sugar levels and protect their health.
