简要介绍了木质物料粉碎机的工作原理,利用三维软件SolidWorks对木质物料粉碎机刀盘装置进行实体建模,再将模型通过导入有限元分析软件ANSYSWorkbench,建立有限元模型,对有限元模型进行有限元网格划分处理,添加约束并进行模态分析,得出刀盘装置其6阶固有振型和频率,分析出薄弱环节,提出有关优化措施。
