Schistosoma infection (Reinfection, RI) is a common phenomenon, is caused by sources of infection is difficult to control, exacerbations, an important factor in the increase of the number of patients with chronic and advanced. Nakao (1987) pointed out that the lack of adequate information on the precise mode of infection of RI should enhance the longitudinal observation and monitoring of the subjects and help to revise the prevention and treatment plan. In the aspect of infection mechanism, there are many foreign studies on Manchurian and Egyptian schistosomiasis, few studies on Schistosoma japonicum and even fewer in China. In view of the many similarities between the history of human schistosomiasis and ecology, it is helpful to review the research on the factors affecting the recurrent infection of Schistosoma mansoni and schistosoma japonicum, and to consider the related research on Schistosoma japonicum. The relevant information.
