在目前柱面、墙体及顶棚等的装饰中,柱外包不锈钢板是比较常见的一种。柱外包不锈钢板的钢板厚度多选用0.8毫米、1.0毫米等。柱外包不锈钢板的施工工艺是:定位→截割龙骨(木骨架制作)→安装龙骨(木骨架安设)→装钉基层夹板→安装不锈钢板→清扫等。柱的结构形状有方形、圆形,所以龙骨(木骨架)要根据不锈钢包柱成型形状进行制作和安装。对柱外包不锈钢板接缝有以下几种施工法:
