在计数资料统计分析中,人们较熟悉的方法是相对数的分析及X~2(卡方)检验。然而在自然界,在医学领域中,并非所有的计数资料,都适用相对数的分析及X~2检验。而且,在计数资料统计分析中哪些类型的资料,适用于哪种统计方法?适用哪些公式计算?为什么用该公式?对统计分析的结果,如何下正确结论,等等。目前,这些问题,在不少的医学论文中,存在着混乱现象。就此情况,笔者撰写此文,与读者讨论。
In counting statistical analysis, people are more familiar with the method of relative number of analysis and X ~ 2 (Chi-square) test. However, in nature, in the medical field, not all the count data are applicable to the relative number of analysis and X ~ 2 test. Moreover, what types of data should be used in statistical analysis of data? Which statistical methods should be applied? What formulas should be applied? Why should the formula be used? How should the results of statistical analysis be correctly concluded? At present, these problems, in many medical papers, there is chaos. In this case, I write this article, and readers to discuss.
