在考虑类型Ⅱ故障相关的基础上,为降低两部件系统的维修成本,该文研究了年龄预防性维修与机会维修相结合的维修策略。通过更新过程理论建立期望维修成本率解析模型,并以系统期望成本率最低为优化目标,确定最优机会维修策略。将该维修策略应用到某石化企业循环氢压缩机的维修中,验证了该策略的可行性,并确定了影响维修成本的敏感因素。研究表明:在故障相关的两部件系统中,当系统满足一定条件时,采取年龄预防性维修与机会维修相结合的维修策略能够较明显地降低系统维修成本,对企业设备维修有实际指导意义。
Based on the correlation of type Ⅱ faults, in order to reduce the maintenance cost of two-component system, this paper studies the maintenance strategy combining age-preventive maintenance and opportunity maintenance. Through the renewal process theory, the analysis model of the expected maintenance cost rate is established, and the optimum cost is expected as the optimal system objective, and the optimal opportunity maintenance strategy is determined. The maintenance strategy is applied to the maintenance of a circulating hydrogen compressor in a petrochemical enterprise, which verifies the feasibility of the strategy and determines the sensitive factors that affect the maintenance cost. The research shows that in the fault-related two-component system, when the system meets certain conditions, the maintenance strategy combining age-preventive maintenance and opportunity maintenance can obviously lower the cost of system maintenance and has practical guidance to the equipment maintenance of the enterprise.
