为了满足大学生对体育课程的身体、心理以及社会适应等方面的综合需求,设计了“小组合作—分解串联—逐步考试”的多元教学模式。经过两学期两轮的教学实验,结果表明:实验组学生在太极拳的动作规格、动作熟练程度、劲力与节奏、精神与布局等各技术环节掌握程度上要优于对照组并达到了显著水平;实验组学生在学习态度、学习兴趣、课内外参与程度、学习效果、课堂学习氛围、合作与交往、自信心、竞争意识等方面要优于对照组并达到了显著水平。得出结论:此教学模式注重教学理念、教学方法、教学组织形式和考核方法的更新,能满足大学生对太极拳课程的多元需求,实现教学过程的优化。
In order to meet the comprehensive demands of college students on the physical, mental and social adaptation of physical education curriculum, a multi-modal teaching mode of “group cooperation-decomposition tandem-step test” was designed. After two semesters of two teaching experiments, the results show that: experimental group students in the Taijiquan action specifications, motor proficiency, strength and rhythm, spirit and layout and other technical aspects of the master degree is superior to the control group and reached a significant Level; experimental group students were better than the control group in learning attitude, interest in learning, degree of participation in class, learning effect, classroom learning atmosphere, cooperation and interaction, self-confidence, competition awareness and reached a significant level. Concluded that: This teaching mode pays attention to the teaching idea, the teaching method, the teaching organization form and the examination method renewal, can satisfy the university student to the Taijiquan curriculum the diversified demand, realizes the teaching process optimization.
