目的:应用酶细胞化学技术探讨兔坐骨神经损伤后,外源性神经生长因子(NGF)对胫骨前肌纤维钙泵活性的影响。方法:定位、定量挫伤兔右侧坐骨神经后,局部喷布NGF,于神经损伤后第1、2、3、4、6、8周,取胫骨前肌进行Ca2+-ATP酶细胞化学染色,透射电镜下观察钙泵活性的变化。结果:神经损伤第1~3周,肌纤维钙泵活性逐渐下降;NGF组钙泵活性分布于6周末恢复正常;对照组于8周末恢复到正常水平。结论:周围神经损伤后,外源性NFG对骨骼肌纤维酶活性、结构及功能的恢复具有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of exogenous nerve growth factor (NGF) on the activity of calcium pump in tibialis anterior muscle fibers after sciatic nerve injury in rabbits by enzymatic cytochemistry. Methods: The right sciatic nerve in rabbits was localized and quantified, and NGF was sprayed locally. At 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after nerve injury, Ca2 + -ATP enzyme staining was performed on the tibialis anterior muscle. Under the observation of changes in calcium pump activity. Results: The calcium pump activity of muscle fibers gradually decreased from the first week to the third week of nerve injury. The activity of calcium pump in NGF group returned to normal after 6 weeks, while the control group returned to the normal level at the end of the 8th week. Conclusion: Exogenous NFG plays an important role in the recovery of the activity, structure and function of skeletal muscle fiber after peripheral nerve injury.
