针对新型农村合作医疗存在的筹资管理缺失;报销难,报销水平低;定点医院收费高,农民利益受损等问题,应不断完善新型农村合作医疗制度。明确政府定位,加强组织管理;提高报销水平,消除隐性负担;扩大筹资渠道,建立长效机制。为广大农民的医疗提供更多保障。 In view of the lack of funding management for the new rural cooperative medical system, difficulty in reimbursement, low reimbursement, high fees in fixed-point hospitals, and impaired peasant interests, the new rural cooperative medical system should be continuously improved. Clearly define the government, strengthen organization and management; raise reimbursement levels and eliminate hidden burdens; expand funding channels and establish long-term mechanisms. Provide more protection for the majority of farmers’ medical care.
