《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确指出要“办好开放大学”。我国开放大学是以广播电视大学系统办学为基础创建的,但这中开放大学并不是仅仅对广播电视大学进行名称的更改或是复制。这就促使我们不得不思考:广播电视大学教师该如何进行能力构建和角色定位才能转换成为合格的开放大学教师?文章通过对开放大学的特征进行分析和研究,探讨了开放大学教师应该具备何种职业素养完成角色赋予的历史使命。
“National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)” clearly states that “to do a good job Open University ”. The Open University of our country was founded on the systematic running of the Radio and Television University. However, this open university is not just a name change or a copy of a Radio and Television University. This urges us to think: How should the radio and television university teachers construct the ability and the role of the position can be transformed into qualified open university teachers? By analyzing the characteristics of open universities, the paper explores the open university teachers should have what Professional accomplishment of the historical mission entrusted by the role.
