目前我国建筑用能占社会总用能的比例不断提高,为了实现建筑用能的安全管理和节能管理,建筑能效管理系统应运而生,建筑用能管理的预警方法也得到了较大程度的重视。本文采用回归分析的方法,对办公建筑用电和温度进行回归分析并拟合,通过温度的变化提前预知建筑日最大负荷,并根据建筑日最大负荷的限定值得知温度的限定值,当温度超出限定值时产生高低温报警。通过利用某一办公建筑的实际运行数据进行仿真,验证了该预警方法的有效性,从而对电力规划起到一定的指导作用。
