针对中冶赛迪为某厂提供的新型BDCD开坯生产线,利用有限元分析软件仿真模拟,分析开坯轧制过程中各道次等效应力应变分布规律。优化开坯工艺参数后,与原始模拟结果相比:采用原始工艺,轧件变形已渗透到内部,原始压下规程基本满足生产要求。优化工艺后,坯料变形量无论是表层还是芯部都较原始工艺大,这更有利于消除或改善坯料内部缺陷,可进一步提高产品质量。
Aimed at the new BDCD billet production line provided by MCC for a certain factory, finite element analysis software was used to simulate and analyze the distribution law of equivalent stress and strain of each pass in the process of billet rolling. After optimization of the billet process parameters, compared with the original simulation results: the original process, rolling deformation has infiltrated into the interior, the original pressure reduction process basically meet the production requirements. After optimizing the process, the deformation of the blank is larger than the original one in the surface layer or the core, which is more beneficial to eliminate or improve the internal defects of the blank and further improve the product quality.
