价值观是指一个人对周围的客观事物(包括人、事、物)的意义、重要性的总评价和总看法。价值观通过人们的行为取向及对事物的评价、态度反映出来,是世界观的核心,是驱使人们行为的内部动力。职业素养通常是指职业内在的规范和要求,是在职业过程中表现出来的综合品质,这种综合品质一般包含职业技能、职业道德、职业行为、职业作风和职业意识等方面。在职业素养中加强价值观教育,实际上最主要的是强调职业的态度和行为,这应该是职业技术教育中一个非常重要的问题。
Value refers to a person’s total evaluation of the significance and importance of the surrounding objective things (including people, things, things) and the general opinion. Values are reflected through people’s behavioral orientation and evaluation of things. They are the core of the world outlook and are the internal motivations driving people’s behavior. Professional accomplishment usually refers to the norms and requirements inherent in the occupation, which is a comprehensive quality manifested in the career process. Such comprehensive quality generally includes vocational skills, professional ethics, professional behavior, professional style and professional awareness. In fact, the most important thing is to emphasize the attitudes and behaviors of occupations. This should be a very important issue in vocational and technical education.
