目的:研究保肝抗纤胶囊治疗肝纤维化的作用。方法:建立 CCl_4高脂低蛋白复合因素所致的大鼠肝纤维化模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、秋水仙碱组、肝脾康组、保肝抗纤高剂量组、保肝抗纤低剂量组,观察用药后血清学及病理变化。结果:保肝抗纤胶囊能提高肝纤维化大鼠生存率,降低血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)及血清透明质酸(HA)值,并能改善肝组织病理学变化。结论:保肝抗纤胶囊有保护肝细胞、减轻肝细胞变性坏死、阻止纤维组织增生、促进纤维组织降解的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Baogan Kangxian Capsule on liver fibrosis. METHODS: Rat hepatic fibrosis model induced by CCl_4 high-fat and low-protein complex factors was established and randomly divided into normal group, model group, colchicine group, Ganxikang group, high-dose liver-protective fiber group, and hepatoprotective group In the low-dose group, the serological and pathological changes after administration were observed. Results: Baogan Kangxian capsule can improve the survival rate of liver fibrosis rats, reduce the serum type III procollagen (PCIII) and serum hyaluronic acid (HA) values, and can improve the liver pathological changes. Conclusion: Baogan anti-fibrosis capsules can protect liver cells, reduce degeneration and necrosis of liver cells, prevent fibrous tissue proliferation, and promote the degradation of fibrous tissue.
