目前不遵医行为有上升趋势,严重的影响了患者的治疗及预后。由于患者的不遵医行为而导致患者延误治疗及死亡案例报导也在增加,患者的不遵医行为已被临床上广泛重视,广大医护人员想千方设百计的进行教育与护理干预,可局面仍越演越烈,其根本原因是患者的心理在作怪,主要原因是有些医护人员借改革开放之机和医疗市场混乱局面,出现了小病大医,无病也医,乱开药、乱打针、乱提成、乱回扣,而影响了患者的正常心理,也有些患者对医学知识的粗浅认识,耍小聪明和不正确的理解,而致疾病加重和延治,所以说不遵医行为,严重的影响疾病的治疗和转归,由于患者不遵医行为的心理特征表现复杂,这就要求广大医护人员积极开展对不遵医行为的患者进行医学知识教育及护理干预,做好积极宣传、教育及纠正工作,也是摆在护理人员面前的重要护理任务。
