转子是叶片泵中三大关键零件之一,其质量在一定程度上决定了泵的质量。转子结构如图1所示,沿径向分布有12条宽仅2mm的叶片槽,精度要求高,整个加工过程包含二十多道工序,加工难度大,生产周期长。热处理工序安排在铣削叶片槽后机加工之前,我们原来采用渗碳后重新加热淬火的热处理工艺,变形较大(特别是叶片槽变形),增加了后续精加工的难度,影响了转子加工精度,甚至报废。此后我们热处理工艺改为渗碳直接淬火工艺,使转子热处理变形大大减小。
