白曼陀罗变种(Datura metel L.var.fastuosa)为提取东茛菪碱(Hyoscine,Ⅰ)的原料。近年来,对其总生物碱含量的报告很不一致。作者就其叶与果实中总生物碱及其两种主要成分在不同生长时期的变化进行了研究。叶中生物碱的测定系采用英国药典法。各生物碱的分离系采用Evans和Pethan(1962)法,即用硅藻土拌以0.5克分子磷酸缓冲液(pH6.6)后进行层析,分得三个部分:①石油醚(60~80°)部分,含有高Rf值的生物碱;②乙醚部分,含有I;③氯仿部分,含有茛菪碱(Hyoscyamine,Ⅱ)。生物碱的定量系用溴甲酚绿作指示剂,以0.005N硫酸
Datura metel L. var. Fastuosa is a raw material for the extraction of hyoscine Ⅰ. In recent years, the report on total alkaloid content has been very inconsistent.
