本文介绍一种铁测定的新方法,其原理是:在pH=3的条件下铁与硫氰酸钾络合,再与氯化苄三乙胺(BTAC)形成一种可被二氯乙烷萃取的四元络合物,在476 nm波长处有最大吸收。该法含铁量在0.08~3.8 ppm内符合郎伯-比尔定律,其摩尔吸光系数为2.79×10~4mol·cm/L。一、试剂所有的试剂均需用分析纯。铁标准贮备液(100μg/ml):称取硫酸高铁铵溶解于0.05 M的硫酸溶液中,用重铬酸钾标准液标定。
