目的:建立火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定正常SD大鼠神经组织中钙、镁、铁、锌、铜的含量,并提供其正常参考值范围。方法:使用火焰原子吸收标准曲线法测定神经组织中的钙、镁、铁、锌、铜含量,并做加标回收实验。结果:正常SD大鼠神经组织中钙、镁、铁、锌、铜的含量分别为190.31±1.29、679.79±97.67、138.15±31.03、37.15±10.57、3.06±0.13μg/g,加标回收率在90%~110%之间。结论:方法操作简便,测定值稳定,结果令人满意,为相关工作人员初步提供了正常SD大鼠神经组织中钙、镁、铁、锌、铜的参考值范围。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper in normal nerve tissue of SD rats and provide its normal reference range. Methods: The contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Cu in nerve tissues were determined by flame atomic absorption standard curve method, and the spiked recovery experiments were done. Results: The contents of calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper in the normal SD rats were 190.31 ± 1.29, 679.79 ± 97.67, 138.15 ± 31.03, 37.15 ± 10.57 and 3.06 ± 0.13 μg / g, respectively. Between 90% and 110%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, stable and the results are satisfactory. The reference values of calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper in normal nerve tissue of normal SD rats are provided for relevant staff.
