近来研究表明糖尿病、心血管病变可能是一种炎症性疾病。因此,抗炎治疗为糖尿病及大血管病变的治疗开辟了新的思路。本文从改善生活方式、药物等方面对2型糖尿病及其大血管病变的抗炎治疗新进展进行了综述。
Recent studies have shown that diabetes, cardiovascular disease may be an inflammatory disease. Therefore, anti-inflammatory treatment has opened up new ideas for the treatment of diabetes and macrovascular disease. This article reviews the recent advances in anti-inflammatory treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its macroangiopathy from the aspects of lifestyle improvement and medicine.
