《香港特别行政区基本法导论》确实是一本内容丰富的导读,不仅介绍了《香港特别行政区基本法》,还介绍了香港的法律制度、政治体制和香港的整体社会情况,对香港作为一个特殊实体给出了较好描述和图景。但是,作者未能做到更为深层次的探讨或提出与论述相关的相反论点,这难免给人留下一种带倾向性的甚至是偏颇的印象。这些不完美之处可能不是源于缺乏严密性,而是作者深思熟虑后的表达。如果是那样的话,作者的意图将受到质疑。
The Introduction to the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is indeed an informative guide. It not only introduces the Basic Law of Hong Kong SAR, but also introduces Hong Kong’s legal system, political system and the overall social situation in Hong Kong. It gives Hong Kong as a special entity Out of a better description and picture. However, the failure of the author to conduct deeper discussions or make the opposite arguments concerning the discourse inevitably leaves a biased or even biased impression. These imperfections may not stem from lack of rigor, but rather the author’s deliberate expression. If that is the case, the author’s intentions will be questioned.
