当我们在苏联停留了五十多天的时候,我们参观了莫斯科、列宁格勒、斯大林格勒、明斯克、第比利斯等大小十几个城市,乘船浏览了共产主义建设的第一个大工程——列宁伏尔加河—顿河运河沿岸的风景;看到了在高度技术基础上发展起来的社会主义的工业和农业,认识到苏联人民日益高涨的社会文化生活的面貌及其所体现的高贵品质,更亲身体会到伟大苏联人民对中国人民所表现的深厚友谊,这友谊给我们极大的鼓舞力量,更增强了我们保卫和平、建设祖国的信念。我们在边境线上遇到的第一个苏联友人,是苏联对外文化协会东方部主任叶罗菲耶夫同志,他是该协会在听到我们由北京启程的消息後,被派乘专机到边境来迎接我们的。他沿途无微不至地关怀着我们生活中的每一个细
When we stayed in the Soviet Union for more than 50 days, we visited over a dozen cities of the size of Moscow, Leningrad, Stalingrad, Minsk and Tbilisi and took boat tours of the first place of communist construction A big project - the landscape of the Leningrad Volga River - the canals of the Don River; seeing the socialist industry and agriculture developed on the basis of high technology; recognizing the appearance of the rising social and cultural life of the Soviet people and their embodied Noble quality and personal experience of the profound friendship demonstrated by the great Soviet people to the Chinese people. This friendship has greatly encouraged us and strengthened our belief in safeguarding the peace and building the motherland. The first Soviet friend we encountered on the frontier line was Comrade Yeluofei Ye, director of the Oriental Department of the Soviet Association for Cultural Studies. He was sent by the special plane to the border after hearing of our departure from Beijing. Come meet us. He kept meticulous care of every detail of our lives along the way
