改革开放以后,我国进入了发展的全新阶段,不管是经济还是科技,都取得了前所未有的发展成绩,国家呈现出新的景象。在改革开放的带动下,国家的各项政策为了配合改革开放的大的潮流,也为了更好的实现改革开放的大的目标,也都纷纷进入了改革的阶段。我国的财政改革也是在这样的背景下开始实行的,直到今天,国家财政改革已经取得了重大成果,对国家的财政建设作出了很大的贡献。本文是在分析我国的财政改革的基本情况的基础上对财政改革提出几点看法。

Up to now, the state financial reform has made great achievements and made great contributions to the country’s financial construction. This article is based on the analysis of the basic situation of China’s financial reform on the basis of the financial reform put forward several views.
