语言诠释是义理诠释的基础,义理诠释是语言诠释的目的。语言诠释要服务于义理诠释的目的,义理诠释要以语言诠释为基础依据。针对经典注释中语言形式与义理内容相脱节的实际,结合历代各家对《黄帝内经》中“远近若一”的注释进行分析,从诠释词义入手,结合文意、语法、医理,对“远近若一”进行深入的解释,揭示中医针刺技术的至高境界,从而论述语言诠释的原则和规范。
