利用ANSYS软件对弛张筛筛面进行动力学分析,研究了在不同载荷下筛面宽度(210~290mm)对筛面动力学参数的影响,并对这些计算结果进行对比分析,得出了筛面宽度的变化对筛分过程的影响规律,为提高弛张筛筛分潮湿细粒煤炭的能力提供了理论依据。
ANSYS software was used to analyze the dynamic behavior of the loose screen, and the influence of the screen width (210 ~ 290mm) on the dynamic parameters of the screen was studied under different loads. The calculated results were compared and analyzed. The effect of the change of surface width on the screening process provides the theoretical basis for improving the ability of the reticulated sieve to sieve the wet fine coal.
